Description

Key Responsibilities

To handle accounts and responsible for closing and preparation of monthly accounting reports including profit & loss/balance sheet and other financial reports.
To assist in financial statement preparation, group consolidation and other financial schedules.
Responsible for preparing bank reconciliation and monitoring daily bank balances to ensure the Company's cash flow position is positive.
Responsible for preparing payment journal entries.
Responsible for preparing and arranging monthly payment and issuance of cheque.
Other ad-hoc assignments instructed by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

Experienced candidates (more than 1 year) must possess at least a SPM/LCCI/Diploma in Accounting.
Computer literate (MS words, excel) and hands on experience in accounting software (like UBS) would be an advantage.
Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
Preferably Junior executive specializing in Finance - General / Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Willing to learn and good team player.
