    Job Title: Management Associate

    Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

    Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Management Associate to join our dynamic team. This role will work closely with senior management to support investment and portfolio management activities, providing analytical and strategic support to drive decision-making and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of finance and investment, exceptional analytical skills, and a keen interest in the private equity and venture capital industries.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
  • Perform due diligence on target companies, including financial analysis, industry research, and competitive landscape assessment.
  • Prepare detailed investment proposals and presentations for internal review and decision-making.
  • Assist in structuring and negotiating investment terms and agreements.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of portfolio companies, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide support in portfolio management activities, including strategic planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Participate in deal sourcing, deal execution, and post-investment monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and developments, providing insights to the team.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA) is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in finance, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and data analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the Malaysian market and regulatory landscape is preferred.
