    Job Position: Senior Corporate Secretarial Executive

    Salary Up To RM5500

    Location: Kuala Lumpur

    Job Descriptions:

    • Manage a portfolio of clients and monitor the compliance of statutory requirements & liaise with clients for secretarial matters in accordance to the Companies Act 2016 and other statutory regulations.
    • Preparation of circular resolutions, statutory forms and other corporate secretarial documents in compliance with the relevant statutory regulations and guidelines.
    • To monitor and supervise the progress of Juniors, to provide guidance to Juniors for secretarial works including review the resolutions and all other relevant documents.
    • Preparing relevant Agenda of Meeting, drafting minutes of meeting, preparing of papers for meetings and to attend Board and Board Committee Meetings and drafting of Bursa announcements, if so required.
    • Liaise with auditors in preparation for and during annual audits. Attend to auditors queries on behalf of clients.
    • To provide support beyond secretarial work as and when required by Management.

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years of relevant and related Corporate Secretarial experience
    • Degree in Corporate Administration, Business Administration, or other related disciplines or ICSA graduate
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Good Microsoft Office skills (especially Word)
    • Good supervision skills
    • Able to priorities work, monitor and meet deadlines
    • Good attitude in learning, detailed and deadline-oriented
    • Adequate knowledge of Listing Requirements and Companies Act, Capital Market and Securities Act, procedures and guidelines is an added advantage
