    Description

    Xideas, pronounced as 'X' and 'Ideas' separately, is the leading end-to-end property marketing specialist. We are a team of young and highly dynamic guys making waves in the property industry landscape. What started out as just a marketing agency is now a property technology firm with a real estate agency.

    Responsibilities


    • Conceptualize and execute design projects across various platforms including print, digital, and multimedia.


    • Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and translate them into engaging visual concepts.


    • Develop design solutions that effectively communicate our brand message, values, and objectives.


    • Create original artwork, illustrations, and layouts while adhering to brand guidelines and design standards.


    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.


    • Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and software tools to continuously improve skills and capabilities.


    • Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster their growth and development.


    • Collaborate with external vendors and agencies as needed to support design projects.


    • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance design concepts and strategies.


    • Assist in the creation and maintenance of brand assets, including logos, icons, and style guides.

    Qualifications


    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.


    • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.


    • Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals.


    • Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.


    • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D modeling is a plus.


    • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior team member
