    How you will contribute

    Fully in charge of all brands (Kering Corporate, Gucci, Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, Alexander McQueen, Boucheron, Pomelato, Qeelin, and Kering Eyewear.

    Payroll Management

    • Lead and coach a team of Payroll Executives to provide full spectrum of payroll functions, including data collections & transmission, payroll journal entries and payroll checking in an accurate and timely manner.
    • Manage payroll service providers (vendors) for Thailand, Vietnam and Philippines and payroll processing workflows; ensure payroll payments and reports are delivered consistently, accurately and on time in accordance with company policies & procedures, and in compliance with local statutory and tax requirements.
    • Hands on payroll for some key and challenging payroll accounts in accurate and timely manner.
    • Work closely with Payroll Executives to prepare Standard Operations Procedure.
    • Compute statutory contribution, employee tax withholding.

    Monthly Closing Report

    • Supervise Payroll Team to perform timely and accurate month-end closing reports for Finance and HRActual.
    • Handle several HC reports.
    • Liaise with Finance on monthly accrual and payroll journal.
    • Withholding tax & deposit received management.

    Withholding Tax & Year-end Tax

    • Supervise Payroll Team to provide timely and accurate information on tax laws and timely communication with all employees.
    • Follow up and execution for year-end tax settlement for some of the entities.
    • Execute monthly, semi-annual, yearly income tax return according to local legislation requirement.

    Audit

    • Lead the team to prepare and follow up yearly external and internal audit procedure and provide payroll related supporting to auditors.
    • Provide quality participation in payroll audit.

    System Management and Implementation

    • Manage payroll system, monitor, and feedback on integration flow from Workday to local HRIS, such as Prosoft for SEA.
    • Work with vendors for system updates in accordance with regular statutory contributions and tax law changes and request from the company.
    • Provide quality participation in the system implementation and integration projects.

    Payroll Processing

    • Hands on payroll processing as and when required.

    Others

    • Manage ad-hoc projects as requested.

    Who you are

    • Possess a Degree in Business/HR
    • Minimum 7 years of regional payroll processing experience.
    • Proficient in Prosoft payroll system/SAP.
    • Organized, meticulous and able to work with little supervision.
    • Good communication and team player.
