    Full time Upper Management / Consulting
    Description

    Job Responsibilities:

    .Prepare the Quotation based on the enquiry and submission to the requestor.

    .To follow up on the Maintenance Renewal Proposal Quotation closely.

    .To follow up with vendor/supplier on the parts price and prepare the costing for submission approval.

    .To keep record and updates of vendor and supplier list.

    .Work with Technical and Sales Team to help plan, develop and execute the finalization of maintenance proposal or tender.

    .Act as focal point for any enquiry on the quotation/maintenance renewal commercial matters.

    .To follow up on the materials / parts order and payments status.

    .Performing other duties as assigned.

    .Reporting to the Service Manager.

    Job Requirement:

    • Diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred.
    • More than 3 Years of experience in admin & management position
    • Good knowledge in measurement, pricing and preparation of bill of quantity
    • Good coordination, liaison, negotiation and communication skills
    • Able to work independently, possess own transport and willing to travel.
    • Some knowledge in ISO documentation is necessary
    • Computer literate
