    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • THIS ROLE DOES NOT REQUIRE TO DO SALES
    • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing and sending out quotes and invoices, processing orders, and updating customer information in the database.
    • Manage the sales team's calendar, schedule meetings and appointments, and prepare agendas and materials for sales meetings
    • Assist with the preparation of sales presentations, reports, and proposals
    • Provide customer support by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling customer inquiries and complaints.
    • Collaborate with other departments such as HR, Operations, and logistics to ensure efficient communication and coordination of sales-related activities.
    • Assist in maintaining accurate sales data and generating reports on sales performance and customer trends.
    • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the sales manager.

    Job Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in business administration, sales, or a related field is preferred.
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales administration or customer service
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
    • Excellent communication skills, fluent in Mandarin and English.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
    • Familiarity with RM systems, preferably Salesforce
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities.
