    Located at the heart of the Kuala Lumpur city center, Traders Hotel by Shangri-La is looking for a dynamic, and multi-skilled talent in delivering our Asian hospitality.

    As Guest Service Agent We Rely On You
    • Perform check-in and check-out efficiently and ensure guests' satisfaction.
    • Ensure all interactions with guests are handled professionally and with care adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
    • To perform all duties according to Quality Standards and Core Practices.
    • Ensures that 'shift reports' are printed and 'Traces' are followed up accordingly.
    • Ensures that 'Interface Lost Postings' are regularly checked.
    • Double checks guest folios for completeness and accuracy.
    • Confirms the number of due-out guests and scheduled late departures.

    Requirements

    • Diploma in Tourism/ Hospitality/ Hotel Management.
    • Proficient in oral and written English and Malay.
    • Familiarity with using hotel property Management Systems (PMS) OPERA will be an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 1 year as guest service personnel in a service industry.
    • Pleasant, effective social skills, and versatile.
    • Willing to work in shift.
    • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
    • Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
