    Description

    Summary:

    We are seeking a driven and experienced HR Operations and Communication Manager to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of all HR functions, while fostering open and transparent communication with our employees. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing data and systems, and crafting engaging communications for the entire workforce.

    Responsibilities:

    HR Operations:

    • Manage all aspects of the employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
    • Oversee payroll processing and recordkeeping.
    • Manage employee relations, including handling inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
    • Liaise with other departments to ensure alignment on HR policies and procedures.

    Communication:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy to keep employees informed about company news, policies, and initiatives.
    • Manage various internal communication channels, such as the company intranet, email, and employee newsletter.
    • Create and deliver engaging content, including announcements, presentations, and FAQs.
    • Manage internal communications during times of change or crisis.
    • Foster a culture of open communication throughout the organization.
