    Description

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Manage the preparation of group consolidation report of both financial and non-financial business information, and ensure it is timely, reliable and accurate.
    • Manage monthly closing process, including reconciliations and analysis of related accounts.
    • Manage the quarterly bursa announcement requirement.
    • Coordinate the Company's annual audit with the independent auditors.
    • Identify and improve the Group Reporting process and ensure process controls and integrity
    • Coordinate, develop and update written policies and procedures over the financial reporting process
    • Research and resolve accounting issues including evaluation and implementation of new accounting pronouncements to ensure MFRS and IAS compliance
    • Coordinate with various departments on the preparation of annual report, compile and review the information of annual report
    • Responsible for accounting, daily cash flow, GST and taxation matters Reviewing yearly/quarterly / monthly Balance Sheet and Income Statements of each company
    • Ensure all the Statutory Deadlines are met by each company
    • Establish internal processes and controls, implement and monitor accounting procedures

    Job Requirements:

    • Professional Accounting Qualification or Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance
    • Prefer candidates with any property construction/ property developer / manage property construction/ property developer companies if you are from any firm background (at least 4 years in Mid-size or Big 4 firms) with group consolidation experience
    • Good excel skills
    • Strong technical MFRS or IAS accounting knowledge Meticulous and good planning skills
    • Ability to work under time pressure
    • Willing to be based in Phileo Damansara and able to travel to business locations when required (40%)
