    Description

    Collaborate closely with superiors on designated key accounts to ensure monthly sales targets are met and all monthly sourcing and visitation goals are achieved.

    Conduct calls and visits to deliver sales, leads, margin growth, insights, and acquire contacts through telephone conversations and face-to-face interactions.

    Identify new business prospects and arrange appointments with interior designers, architects, and contractors to expand the customer base and drive sales while fostering and nurturing relationships with them.

    Maintain proactive communication and relationships with existing clients.
    Take ownership of day-to-day sales and operational tasks, ensuring timely follow-up.
    Provide professional pre- and post-sales support to both new and existing clients.
    Address pricing, delivery, and service-related issues promptly and effectively, striving to resolve customer complaints to maintain trust and satisfaction.
    Respond promptly and effectively to customer complaints, ensuring swift resolution to maintain customer trust.
    Educate customers on product features and benefits, offering personalized advice to encourage purchases.
    Stay attuned to market trends and changes, promptly informing sales management.
    Gather market intelligence on competitors and market conditions, utilizing insights to enhance sales and marketing strategies.
    Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer issues and requests.
    Follow up with customers on payment matters.
    Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for management.
    Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by superiors as needed.
