- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and permits.
- Develop and implement programs to manage waste, pollution, and emissions.
- Monitor environmental performance and recommend improvements.
- Identify workplace hazards and assess risks to health and safety.
- Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
- Provide safety training and promote awareness of safe work practices.
- Stay updated on environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports, permits, and documentation.
- Develop and deliver training programs on environmental, health, and safety topics.
- Train employees on safety procedures, hazard recognition, and emergency response.
- Promote a culture of safety and encourage employee participation in safety initiatives.
- Collaborate with management, engineers, and employees to implement EHS programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field.
- SHO certified, CepSWaM Certified is added advantaged if have.
- Fresh Graduated is welcome to apply.
- Proven experience in EHS management, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations (e.g., PA, OSHA), safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in EHS software tools and systems is a plus.
