    Description

    Job Purpose:

    • Responsible for all Ecommerce Order Operations and Lounge Fulfilments.
    • Responsible in complete Warehouse Management and Inventory Control.
    • Responsible for on time delivery of Reports and Data as per pre-defined metrics.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities:


    To monitor day-to-day operation at own departmentEnsure deliver the business/department KPI.To ensure online orders are prepared and shipped to customers timely (all platforms) Handle and lead operation matters with business team & HOD.Communicate with external party on the add-hock requirement.

    Compiling and furnishing reports to business team (weekly/monthly)Need to be very self-motivator and self-guidance.
    Able to accept challenging task and assisting operation colleague and superior.
    Preferably good command & writing in English & Malay.
    Ensure good in using Microsoft/Google tools .


    Eg :

    Excel formulae , word , PowerPoint, zoom meeting Able to work closely with top management team at any time frame of work/shift.

    Able to work at other department if required.
    Able to work on weekend and public holidays.
