- Ensure compliance with the applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- Provide financial advice and support to the senior management and the board of directors.
- Identify and implement opportunities for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting and financial processes.
- Stay updated on the latest accounting and financial trends and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Master's degree or CPA certification preferred.
- At least 10 years of progressive accounting and financial management experience.
- Strong knowledge of the accounting principles, standards, and practices.
- Proficient in the use of accounting software (D365) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
