    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify process improvement areas can be made across the functions and work with cross-functional teams.
    • Proactively communicate with stakeholders for user requirements and advocate the potential solutions (do's and don'ts) for pre, during and post business/technology transformation.
    • Develop template for reporting and slide purpose by using VBA/Python.
    • Troubleshoot the existing Excel template which require further enhancement and new request from user and customer.
    • Work closely with team for post-implementation support.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in process improvement.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in any relevant domain.
    • 1-5 years of working experience in the related field, preferred with Shared Service industry background.
    • Experience in RPA automation project implementation.
    • Know-how to use key indicator when getting support from Chat GPT.
    • Know-how to use standard business process re-engineering techniques, such as Value Stream Mapping, Swimlane diagrams.
    • Solid, practical knowledge of techniques in all areas of MS Visual Basic 6, MS .NET, C#, VB.Net, Windows Form, Microsoft Entity Framework and Python.
    • Experience in MS Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint & Words; SAP (or other ERP system), S4HANA.
    • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
    • Good presentation and communication skills.
    • Added advantage with continuous improvement methodology and Kaizen/Lean Six Sigma/ Lean project implementations.
