- Consolidate Global demand planning both from process and content standpoint (Q & P).
- Support & align Regional/countries forecasting processes, ensuring process is well respected.
- Organize individual demand review calls with Regional/Countries teams.
- Report out Monthly demand forecast outcomes to leadership team.
- Improve forecast accuracy, bias and planning processes.
- Prepare and present the demand plan slides in the E-S&OP and other executive meetings. Understand demand planning changes and supply constraints.
- Own forecast accuracy reporting, target setting and monthly reporting out.
- Drive alignment between IBP forecast & business targets e.g. AOP, quarterly FC, monthly FC
- Coach and develop demand planning team over functional axis together with direct local manager
- Play coordinating role in allocation process together with PMM and Supply Planning
- Agree global S&OP policy with Supply Chain team and PMM
- IBP BPO (Business Process Owner) responsible in business for the planning tool improvements both in demand and supply planning
- Supply Chain background with 7 10 years + experience.
- Strong analytical mind and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written in English) to collaborate in a dynamic, cross-functional matrix environment
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SAP, IBP is a plus.
- Automotive industry Supply chain experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree in any relevant fields.
