    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with Project Managers and different business owners to ensure the projects roadmap are delivered within the project timeline.
    • Lead the BA role for significant projects under Maybank Investment Bank which includes handling business demands from various user groups and providing support to users related to system enhancements.
    • Clarifies and translate the business requests into business requirements documentation (BRD) or functional specifications documentation (FSD).
    • Analyse the impact of the business demands to existing IT systems and advise solution with consultation from IT Application or system vendors.
    • Communicate and work closely with business stakeholders and IT Application/ solution providers for the completion of business requirements, preparation of user functional specification, test artefacts and User Acceptance Testing.
    • Responsible for the co-ordination between business users and IT Application teams or system solution providers which may require project management skills, if required.
    • Providing support to users on system production related issues and perform testing for scheduled system upgrades or maintenances.

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 yearsâ experience in Capital Market or Investment Banking or Stockbroking products.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with people at all levels
    • Analytical thinking and problem solving
    • Able to work under pressure, in meeting tight deadlines, independent and possess positive attitude.
    • Possess excellent Business Writing skills.
    • Preferably candidate with Degree in IT, or equivalent working experience with strong interest in IT knowledge
