As part of our expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.

    *Job Overview: As a Sales Executive specializing in Project Sales at SIMON Malaysia, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of construction materials, and the ability to navigate complex project landscapes.

    *Responsibilities: 1) Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction sector.
    2) Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, interior designers, contractors and other key decision-makers.
    3) Understand client needs and propose customized solutions using SIMON Malaysia's product portfolio.
    4) Collaborate with the technical and support teams to ensure successful project implementation.
    5) Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
    6) Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
    7) Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.

    *To be suitable for this role, the candidate should possess the following: - The ideal candidate will have proven success in prior related roles.

    • Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills.
    • Self motivated and able to work independently and proactively without much supervision.
    • Great work ethics, cando personality, competitive and driven.
    • Ability to converse in English, Mandarin or any local dialects.
    • Willingness to travel outstation.
