Job Description :

Job Purpose .
Responsible for supporting the business in achieving the objectives of the portfolio and project management function.

This will involve working closely with head of project management office to help define, implement and continually improve project management processes, standards and governance across the business, and having the experience of implementing PMO processes and or Participating in Project Management role, along with superb communication skills to work various teams to develop and implement project governance structure that is the best fit for the business.

Key Responsibilities .
. Strategic Project Planning and Goal Setting. Monitor structured schedules and project plans based on predefined scopes, project goals, resource requirements, potential risks, milestones and budget constraints. Must be able to identify dependencies and possible issues across teams.
. Process Improvement and Standards Development. Execute and update the project management processes. Continuously identify processes and activities to improve. Identify, apply and utilize workable process standards and best practices across all project engagements. Once a process improvement initiative is identified, implement, document and communicate the new procedures to the rest of the team.
. Project Documentation and Archives. Facilitate and monitor project teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure project plans, documentation and supporting materials are complete, updated and readily available. Upon completion of a project, project information must be compiled and documented for future reference assessed for quality of project delivery, completeness, and alignment against stated objectives and goals and archived and made accessible to relevant personnel
. Project Execution and Governance. Coordinate activities, monitor deadlines, deliverables, resources, and timelines throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate and facilitate to ensure processes are set in place, conduct regular project team meetings to provide status updates, highlight project risks, and identify and resolve issues. Able to adapt plans based on evolving needs, conditions or issues that may arise and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery in accordance with the stated project goals
. Excellent stakeholder management. Adept at establishing and maintaining good and effective relationships, and working collaboratively with a diversity of stakeholder groups and individuals
. Demonstrated ability to conduct project level workshops and chair meetings confidently for both large and small groups Any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Specification .
Qualifications (Basic Degree/Diploma etc)
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management / Information Technology or equivalent.
Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing requirements
Relevant Work Experience
3 or more years of PMO / Project Management experience in relevant industry experience.
Delivered medium and/or large scale projects from project inception through the entire project life cycle.

Required Competencies and Skills .

Familiar with various project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project)
Must have strong leadership and people management skills ability to influence, organisational ability and time management.
Excellent business acumen and analytical skills.

Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills.
Highly result oriented and can work independently.

Demonstrates ability to build relationships and work well with peers from both business and technology stakeholders and interact effectively with internal and external parties.

Ability to plan and prioritise work / projects within the team.
Passionate about analyzing PMO-related issues as well as building and improving existing processes
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
