    Description

    Job Description:

    • Responsible for category sales and market shares.
    • Prepare weekly, monthly promotion planning & category strategy planning.
    • Formulate marketing strategies to sustain & build brand awareness to drive the business growth.
    • Responsible for overall brand positioning and manage all product launches & marketing activities.
    • Negotiation of trading and promotion items.
    • Liaise with other department such as marketing, supply chain, online business on promotion planning and brand building arrangements.
    • Establishment and maintenance of productive supplier relationship

    Candidate is to handle Product Development and Brand Direction. (Cosmetics)

    Candidate Requirements:

    • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Management or equivalent experiences.
    • At least 5 or more years of experiences in product planning, promotion campaign planning and managing brands.
    • Experience in Beauty & Cosmetic Category is an added advantage.
    • Strategic Thinker with proven experience of developing and implementing effective and integrated brand plans.
    • Good negotiation & communication skills, good commercial sense & analytical skills.
    • Team player, positive attitude, multi-tasking and able to handle stress.
