- Responsible in gathering customer's feedback through surveys, websites, telephone communication, gathering & etc.
- Providing assistance to customers by guiding them through processes,troubleshooting issues, and offering support for products or services.
- Effectively handling and managing customer enquiry, complaints and issues toretain customers while expanding the brands reach and boosting customer's loyalty.
- Responsible on compiling and updating customer's database.
- Responsible in coordinating with other department on setting customer's enquiry, complaints, survey & etc.
- Conduct surveys on measurement and improvement of system efficiency.
- Assist on preparing and monitoring the RM process flow and system.
- Prepare weekly and monthly report on customer's database, enquiry, complaints, survey & etc.
- Collaborating with various internal teams such as sales, marketing, or operations to ensure seamless customer interactions and problem resolution.
- Documenting interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately for future reference and analysis.

- Ensuring that customer relations practices comply with company policies,regulations, and industry standards
- Diploma in Business Administration, Mass Communication & Marketing.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in related field.

- Should be a customer-oriented person with good negotiation skills andinterpersonal skills.
