    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Specialist to join our IT team. The Project Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting IT project management efforts by coordinating project activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and contributing to the overall success of our IT projects.

    Responsibilities:

    IT Project Coordination:

    • Assist in the coordination of IT project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and project milestones.
    • Collaborate with IT project managers to develop and maintain project schedules.

    IT Documentation and Reporting:

    • Prepare and maintain project documentation for IT projects, including project plans, reports, and status updates.
    • Generate and distribute IT project-related reports to stakeholders as needed.

    IT Communication and Liaison:

    • Serve as a central point of contact for inquiries related to IT projects.
    • Facilitate communication between IT project team members, ensuring effective collaboration.

    IT Task Management:

    • Track and monitor tasks related to IT projects, ensuring all team members are aware of their responsibilities.
    • Work closely with IT project managers to identify and address potential project roadblocks.

    IT Quality Assurance:

    • Conduct regular reviews of deliverables for IT projects to ensure quality standards are met.
    • Assist in implementing quality control measures throughout the IT project lifecycle.

    IT Administrative Support:

    • Provide administrative support to IT project managers, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and organizing IT project-related events.

    IT Risk Management:

    • Assist in identifying and assessing risks specific to IT projects.
    • Collaborate with the IT project team to develop risk mitigation strategies.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or IT Project Management or a related field with a minimum CGPA 3.00.
    • Proven experience in IT project coordination or a similar role.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in IT project management tools and software.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or relevant IT certifications.
    • Familiarity with IT project management methodologies and tools.
    • Previous experience in managing and coordinating IT projects in manufacturing industry would be an advantage.
