- Act as primary contact for the customer throughout the project lifecycle and negotiate scope/schedule changes.
- Ensure successful delivery of projects including DUT migration and large complex Semiconductor & Electronics Test Solutions with a clear plan to deliver on schedule, and optimize cost to stay within budget.
- Ensure successful execution of a portfolio of complex opportunities.
- Align internal R&D, Customer Centric Solution (CCS) team execution and partner delivery with customer needs and Business Unit's strategic objectives.
- Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and team members to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new project.
- Collaborate with CCS manager to ensure appropriate staffing on projects.
- Develop Statement of Work (SOW) with partners, vendors and customers.
- Partner with existing project teams and business leaders to accelerate project delivery.
- Effectively communicate program/project status, tradeoffs, risks, and changes to stakeholders. including, but not limited to, senior executive management.
- Proactively anticipate, risk mitigate and minimize issues and customer escalations.
- Mediate and influence discussions outcome and drives timely key business decisions.
- Improve & optimize cross organizational responsibilities and interlocks for opportunity pursuit across different functional group and customer facing organizations.
- 3+ years' experience in Technical Project Management of product, system, or solution development
- Preferably a background in semiconductor automated test or complex system development.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects/ tasks simultaneously and effectively prioritize projects and tasks.
- Strong cross functional collaboration skills and an ability to influence.
- Strong understanding of business concepts such as pricing, costs, margins, terms and conditions preferred
- Strong technical and executive communication skills
- Proven stakeholder management skills.
- PMP or other Project Management certification is a plus
- Customer facing experience and Chinese speaking candidate is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) preferred
