- Receive and review incoming applications for accuracy and completeness
- Verify the applicant's information, academic credentials, and supporting documents.
- Assess applicant's qualifications, ensuring alignment with admission criteria.
- Conduct interviews or information sessions to gather additional insights.
- Converting applied students to enrollment.
- Follow up on the payment.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective students and their families.
- Provide timely and accurate information about the admission process, requirements and program offerings.
- Assist in co-ordinating the events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of applicant data and admission decisions.
- Generate reports on admission metrics and trends.
- Assist in compiling complete documents for student visa and guardian visa applications.
- Work closely with the visa officer in ensuring the checklist is updated.
- Ensure adherence to institutional policies, accreditation standards and relevant regulations.
