Description

Job Responsibility

Prepare and review full sets of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with management to set financial goals and targets.
Assist in the implementation and optimization of accounting systems and processes.
Provide guidance and support to junior members of the accounting team.
Stay updated with industry trends, changes in accounting regulations, and best practices.

Job Requirements

Possess at least a Diploma/Bachelorâs Degree in Finance/ Accounting or equivalent.
At least 2-4 year(s) of professional experience in full sets of accounts including AR, AP, Bank Reconciliation and other general accounting experience is preferred. However, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Able to converse in verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially in Excel, Power point. Added advantage if know SQL or other IT tool.
Good team player with good communication skills, strong commitment and self-motivated.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and stay organized.
