    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • To involve in sales activities and sales closing processes.
    • To implement marketing strategies and conduct market survey.
    • To organize and oversee advertising (handling all digital marketing relates to social media campaigns, promotions and ad)/ marketing events/ activities/ road show & etc.
    • To handle day-to-day Sales & Marketing matters and documentation. To carry out other Sales & Marketing tasks assigned to you from time to time
    • Plan and follow up on customerâs enquiry.
    • To report on customers feedback and customers purchasing behavior.
    • Follow up on customerâs enquiry and prepare quotation for customers.
    • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
    • Periodically checks stock against stock records and submits reports.
    • To maintain basic stock inventory management.
    • Complete diary logs into inventory. Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
    • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.

    Job Requirements

    • Prefer at least 1-2 years working experience in a similar position.
    • Great verbal skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
    • Possess own transport.
    • Strong understanding of automotive parts, their specifications, and compatibility.
    • Knowledge of car spare parts cataloging systems.
    • Knowledge of car spare parts cataloging systems
