    Job Responsibility

    • Develop and implement social media marketing plans for various platforms (FB, IG, XHS, TikTok) to enhance brand presence and engagement.
    • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written).
    • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a âSocialâ way while cultivating leads and sales.
    • Conduct competitive analysis and stay abreast of social media trends to inform strategies.
    • Analyze campaigns and translate qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO, and social advertising campaigns.
    • Manage client accounts, ensuring content aligns with their branding and business goals.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a cohesive and integrated marketing strategy.

    Job Requirements

    • Required Mandarin speaking candidate.
    • Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing and content creation.
    • Proficiency in managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, and TikTok.
    • Strong understanding of content marketing principles and ability to produce engaging content.
    • Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop social media strategies that increase brand visibility and engagement.
    • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret the results to drive decisions.
    • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
