    Description

    Successful candidates shall participate in business development and sales & marketing activities for our Banking and Fintech innovation ventures. The remuneration package includes a basic salary and variable / commission based portion upon achieving KPI targets.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage staff & partners to carry out sales & marketing functions to generate order and revenue for the company.
    • Account management and customer relationship management during pre & post sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Grow the direct and channel business to increase the market share.
    • Manage receivables to ensure prompt collection.
    • Keep abreast with the latest industry trend and functionalities of financial solutions to be able to impressively present them to financial institutions.
    • Protect and maximize the company's interest in negotiations.

    Qualification:

    • Minimum 5 years working experience in ICT or banking industry, preferably with exposure to financial technologies, products & systems
    • Well versed with marketing strategy with proven track record
    • Exposure to digital transformation and artificial intelligence will be of advantage
    • Outgoing and resourceful self starter with strong interpersonal skill & communication ability
