Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team and play a key role in expanding our client base.
You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads, developing strong relationships with potential clients, and ultimately securing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand client needs.
Generate leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and social media prospecting.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase the value proposition of Nexus Project Controls' services.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring adherence to company pricing and terms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, exceeding their expectations through exceptional service.
Prepare and track sales reports, analyzing data to identify trends and inform future strategies.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events (as applicable).
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the Construction / Engineering industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience with CRM software (a plus).
