    Description

    JOB SUMMARY

    We are looking for a contract system analyst to be based in our Johor Office. This role involves requirement gathering, communicating with developers, document control and working in an Agile environment.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Coordinate and participate in the user requirement study; gather, analyze, document and manage the requirements to recommend solutions.
    • Work closely with end-user group and the technical developers to ensure delivery of fully acceptable and quality system.
    • Prepare documents as part of project's deliverables, e.g. User Guides documents.
    • Prepare test plan, test scope and test scripts as well as to document all the events occurred during test execution including test result, issues encountered and its resolution.
    • Ensure the deliverables meet functional requirements with zero defect and ready for User Acceptance Test (UAT).
    • Conduct and support the User Acceptance Test.
    • Facilitate and coordinate the entire cycle of a project to ensure it meets the project timeline.
    • Define and manage resource plan together with the Project Manager aligning to the project schedule.
    • Able to conduct workshops, presentations and functional training to stakeholders of various levels.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • 2 to 4 years of working experience in Insurance/IT.
    • Business knowledge of insurance business.
    • Technical knowledge of insurance systems.
    • Ability to facilitate discussions between users (functional) and technical teams.
    • Negotiation and conflict resolution.
    • High level of communication skills.
    • Ability to analyze complex issues and propose appropriate solutions.
