    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • To monitor project progress, including coordination with client, contractor and developer.
    • To manage, supervise and oversee site work in accordance with schedule and drawing specifications.
    • Attend meeting at site or developer office, delivery of sample, site visit and etc.
    • Conduct inspection of the process to make sure all materials and procedures comply with the plan and specification.
    • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assisigned by Department head.

    Job Requirements

    • Possess SPM or Diploma in sales/civil engineering or equivalent.
    • At least three (3) years of working experience in construction/buidling or related field.
    • Computer literate.
    • Able to work independently, highly discipline, responsible, punctual and very duty bound.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
    • Able to work on Saturday occasionally (site walk)
