    Description

    Key responsibilities:

  • Accounts Processing: Ensure timely updating and payment of Lease Eagle and property records. Prepare account reconciliations and process tax invoices. Proactively contact suppliers as necessary.
  • Maintain Property Filing Systems: Uphold organized and up-to-date property filing systems. Collate documentations and prepare materials for audit and reference purposes. Support in the overall management of property files.
  • Vendor Communication: Investigate and respond to vendor queries promptly. Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and other external stakeholders.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the Property team and State Operation Teams. Ensure seamless communication to verify the correctness and completeness of all property records.
  • Lease Interpretation and Advisory: Read and interpret leases to provide advice to both internal and external stakeholders. Act as a key resource for lease-related inquiries and clarifications.
  • General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the National Property Manager as needed. Assist in various administrative tasks to contribute to the overall efficiency of the property management process. Key requirements
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Previous experience in a commercial property management and/or leasing accounts role
  • Advantageous to have prior experience with Lease Eagle and Tech One
  • Background in working with and maintaining filing systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Systems, specifically Excel and Word
