    Key Responsibilities:

    • Financial Leadership and Team Management: Lead the financial closing process monthly, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. Serve as the main point for financial audits. Direct and oversee a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative environment, and enhancing team performance through effective leadership and mentorship.
    • Account Consolidation: Lead and ensure the accuracy of accounts consolidation according to appropriate financial standards and policy.
    • ERP System Oversight: Manage operations and optimizations of Microsoft Dynamics AX2012/365, ensuring data integrity and security while leading system improvements. Familiarity with these systems is an added advantage.
    • Treasury Management: Process, record, and maintain payment transactions; assist in banking-related tasks.
    • Strategic Financial Planning: Direct financial analysis and reporting, providing insights for strategic decision-making, forecasting, and long-term planning.
    • Policy and Compliance: Uphold strict adherence to financial policies and regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional qualifications preferred.
    • 9-12 years of experience in accounting and treasury management, including significant leadership roles managing teams.
    • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 or 365 is considered an added advantage.
    • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an added advantage.
    • Proven leadership and team management capabilities, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
