- Developing SCM Team and leading of the Supply Chain Management of a producing site or distribution center in the areas order management, incl customer satisfaction, materials management, production planning, physical logistics, and trade compliance.
- Execution of process analyses and projects within the Supply Chain Management organization to optimize costs continuously, delivery performance and inventories.
- Implementation of standards in cooperation with regional and Group SCM.
- Control of all relevant Supply Chain Management processes and reporting of KPIs.
- Close cooperation with sales, purchasing, production areas and the workers.
- Coordination and optimization of delivery and supply relationships with internal and external partners.
- Perform all company business in accordance with internal and external regulations, esp. health and safety rules, trade compliance rules, company policies and procedures.
- Support logistics department.
