  • Design mechanical and electrical systems for interior spaces, including HVAC, lighting, power distribution, and plumbing.
  • Ensure seamless integration of M&E systems with architectural and interior design concepts.
  • Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to coordinate M&E requirements with overall project plans.
  • Review design drawings and specifications to identify potential conflicts and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Oversee the installation and commissioning of M&E systems, ensuring adherence to design specifications and industry best practices.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality checks to verify the performance and safety of installed systems.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports, to communicate M&E requirements to contractors and clients.
  • Provide regular progress updates and reports to project the requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional engineering license or certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in designing M&E systems for interior spaces, preferably within the construction or interior design industry.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and MEP design software about the manager/team
    Your team/manager autonomy at work where quality is a key part of their success. This role will be reporting to the Project Manager.
