    Description

    Job Responsibilities:

    Perform M&E site inspection during the course of construction work on site.

    Ensure all the M&E installations are complied with the Consultant's Specification and Authority Requirements.

    To handle Clients and Contracts progress payments, and final account.

    To carry out M&E testing and commissioning.

    Witness all inspections, testing and commissioning sessions to ensure compliance with quality standards, designs and specifications.

    Ensure company's safety rule is complied with.

    Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.

    Responsible for effective project implementation of the site works for all M&E work and prepare necessary reports.

    To supervise and monitor M&E operates per construction drawing and work schedule.

    Any other task assigned from time to time.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    Bachelor/ Master's Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.

    Candidate must registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia as Graduate Engineer and above.

    Minimum 8 to 10 years of working experience as Resident Engineer in a consulting engineering firm for railway station project.

    Experienced in M&E building services co-ordination at site.

    Hardworking, diligent and thorough with supervision.

    Must be independent and able to handle site issues.

    Prompt in response to Client and consultants' queries.

    Required language: Bahasa Melayu, English

    6 working days weekly.

    Working location: Pahang, Terengganu
