    Retail Business Manager - Luxury Skincare Brand

    Role purpose

    As a Retail Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and developing stores and counters across for Malaysia and ensuring the achievement of sales targets in each of these locations. You are responsible for ensuring the consistent delivery of the brand way of customer service and operational excellence by actively coaching, developing and motivating their staff.

    Job Description

    • Oversee operations across multiple sites within a customer service environment, with a preference for retail experience.
    • Employ strong analytical skills to manage finances and drive business performance.
    • Exhibit exceptional organizational prowess to efficiently handle various tasks and meet stakeholder needs.
    • Enhance and refine the overall customer experience across all locations.
    • Provide coaching and development to staff to achieve commercial objectives and foster an inclusive workplace culture.
    • Utilize empathy to effectively manage interpersonal dynamics.
    • Maintain an open-minded approach, actively seeking diverse perspectives and understanding without bias.
    • Demonstrate effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

    Job Requirements

    • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Retail Management.
    • At least 5 to 7 years of managerial level in retail operations
    • Knowledge of retail management best practices
    • Able to lead, train and motivate a team of high-achieving salespeople and understand the demands of running a retail business with proven track record.
    • Analytical and organized multi-tasker
    • Good interpersonal, communication and people management skills.
