    Description

    POSITION :FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

    LOCATION : KOTA KINABALU, SABAH

    We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Engineer (FSE) to join our

    team at Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. The FSE will be responsible for the maintenance and breakdown servicing of automated biochemistry and immunoassay clinical diagnostic equipment. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, professional, and a team player, consistent with our company mission, values, and financial objectives. The FSE will establish strong relationships with customers and principals while working in conjunction

    with our service team as the main representative in the field.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain a competent level of product knowledge, service skills, and

    application.

    • Service and maintain equipment and related parts.
    • Maintain accurate records of service matters, follow-ups, solutions, and do sures.
    • Attend to customer enquiries, complaints and on-site calls.
    • Carry out repairs , replacement of parts ,testing , commissioning , maintenance , attend emergency calls when required , and other related duties.
    • Ensure effective implementation of preventive maintenance programmes for various equipment and services.
    • Daily attendances check-in.
    • Submit a weekly report of work done.

    Requirements

    • Availability for on-call duty around the clock.
    • Willing to travel by air within Sabah and Sarawak (meal allowance, transport and accommodation provided).
    • Proficiency in both English and Malay, both spoken and written.
    • Basic knowledge of engineering and technical principles.
    • Own transportation, preferably a car.
