    Job Summary:

    In the role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our learning, talent management, and performance management initiatives. You will be working closely with the People & Culture Centre of Expertise (CoE) team and across the People & Culture teams and assist with the implementation of various programs within these initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support the execution of learning and development programs.
    • Support the coordination of logistics for training sessions, such as scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant communications.
    • Drive data preparation to facilitate talent discussions and performance calibration sessions to assess employee performance, potential, and readiness for progression.
    • Assist in performance management processes and activities through the administering of performance management systems and ensure timely completion of performance reviews.
    • Utilise Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting to drive insights and support decision-making.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure execution of learning, talent management, and performance management initiatives as planned.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
    • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in learning & development, talent management, or HR is preferred
    • Possess basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
    • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft PowerBI is a plus.
