    About The Role

    Due to our continued expansion, we are searching for a talented individual to join our finance team to support collaboration between finance and other functions within Ekco. This is a unique role within the group which can offer a career pathway into a number of areas. The right person for this role will be analytically minded with an eye for detail but also the initiative and willingness to address new challenges as we further scale the business.

    This role sits within the Transactional Finance Department and reports to the Billing Manager.

    The majority of the Finance team are based in Dublin, Ireland working on a hybrid model with some members based in the UK. This role offers work-from-home flexibility but occasional travel will be expected. Alternatively, the successful candidate is welcome to use the space at any of our offices in Ireland or the UK.

    Requirements of Role
    • Own and deliver the customer billing process for multiple internal entities
    • Provide and consolidate data, analysis and insight; including development and delivery of regular reports to support operational functions and decision-making
    • Liaise directly with customers and the account management team as required
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to continually develop efficiencies
    • Represent the finance function in operational meetings concerning customer projects, billing and associated costs
    • Assist in migration of relevant data from legacy applications to central applications
    • Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within the IT services industry
    • Minimum 2 years' experience using Billing, CRM or ERP systems

    About You

    • Confident self-starter, quick to learn
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Able to organise and influence internal stakeholders
    • Highly numerate, analytical, with the ability to work to demanding but fair timescales
    • Intermediate command of Excel including VLOOKUP's & Pivot Tables
    • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
