    Job Description Position Title:
    Test Analyst - Billing and

    Finance Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for billing and finance systems,
    ensuring thorough coverage of all functionalities and scenarios.

    • Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing to validate the accuracy,
    stability, and scalability of billing and finance applications.

    • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand business
    requirements and translate them into test scenarios and acceptance criteria.

    • Identify, prioritize, and report defects using appropriate tools and methodologies, ensuring timely
    resolution and follow-up.

    • Participate in the design and implementation of automated testing frameworks and scripts to
    streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.

    • Monitor and Analyze test results, providing insights and recommendations for continuous
    improvement of billing and finance systems.

    • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements
    related to billing and finance testing.

    • Contribute to the maintenance of documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test
    reports, to ensure traceability and compliance with quality standards.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support user acceptance testing (UAT) and production
    deployment activities, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.

    • Actively participate in team meetings, knowledge sharing sessions, and process improvement
    initiatives to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
    Proven experience as a Test Analyst or Quality Assurance Engineer, with a focus on billing and
    finance systems.
    Solid understanding of billing processes, financial transactions, and accounting principles.
    Proficiency in testing methodologies, tools, and techniques, including manual and automated testing
    Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, Jira) and automation tools (e.g.,
    Selenium, Appium).
    Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
