Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas, Gelang Patah, Johor. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for day-to-day HR management and operations, employee relations, and implementing HR policies. They will collaborate with the HR team to ensure the smooth running of HR processes and procedures.

Qualifications

HR Management, HR Operations, and HR Policies
Employee Relations and Human Resources (HR) skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
Sports lover
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
