- Maintain warm, polite greetings to customers, offer tailored assistance with their inquiries, orders, and product-related advice in order to satisfy their requirements and preferences and provide a pleasurable shopping experience;
- Maintaining accurate control over customer orders, inventory, and shelf replenishment, as well as ensuring that all products are properly packaged and labelled will result in consistent and attractive product supplies;
- Manage cash and electronic transactions by adhering to established cash-handling procedures;
- Acquire and maintain in-depth updated product knowledge about products ingredients, baking methods, seasonal products, and promotions to provide customers with thorough information about products and recommendations;
- Maintain and ensure the retail environment and layout are clean and organised by setting up displays and product presentations
