    Description

    The Architectural Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the execution of construction projects, with a specific focus on architectural elements. This role involves interpreting architectural drawings, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards, and resolving on-site issues related to architecture. Key responsibilities include performing engineering calculations, assisting with site implementation, managing documentation, and ensuring HSSE compliance.

    You will be responsible to:

    • Proficiently understand and interpret architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and details, to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications related to architectural features.
    • Perform architectural engineering calculations, testing, and validation to support assigned tasks, ensuring the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of architectural components.
    • Review architectural technical input on projects, including materials selection, finishes, and detailing, maintaining work quality within expected standards.
    • Coordinate with all parties involved, including architects, interior designers, subcontractors, and consultants, to ensure seamless integration of architectural elements with other building systems.
    • Assist in the actual site implementation of architectural features, ensuring compliance with design intent, quality requirements, and aesthetic standards.
    • Implement architectural methodologies, including construction sequencing, detailing techniques, and material applications, to achieve the desired architectural vision.
    • Ensure timely completion of rectification works for all architectural defects and maintain comprehensive records of architectural-related issues.
    • Evaluate progress payment claims, variations, and final measurement of architectural works completed, ensuring accurate documentation and billing.
    • Monitor the implementation of HSSE standards specific to architectural elements to ensure project compliance with established guidelines.
    • Maintain proper records, updated drawings, amendments, and filed forms related to architectural components throughout the project lifecycle.

    You are required to have:

    • A minimum of a diploma in architecture, or a bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering with a specialization in architecture, or a relevant area of study.
    • Proven minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural site engineering or related roles, with a strong understanding of architectural principles and construction techniques.
    • Proficiency in interpreting architectural drawings and specifications.
    • Knowledge of architectural materials, finishes, and detailing.
    • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with architects, designers, and construction teams.
