    Description

    Job Purpose

    Assist the Head of Sustainability and work with the Section Leader in supporting the Head of Sustainability to perform clerical and administrative duties, organizing sustainability events to ensure the department to run smoothly and efficiently towards achieving the goals in Prasarana Sustainability Blueprint

    Key Accountabilities

    • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
    • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the department.
    • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
    • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
    • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
    • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
    • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
    • Organize key sustainability events such as talks, series and awareness sessions.
    • Assist personnel assigned by Head of Department whenever necessary.

    Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge

    • Certificate/Diploma from a recognised higher institution with related discipline such as Office Management, Business, Secretarial and others.
    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administrative works.
    • Proficient in MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel & Powerpoint). Familiar with SAP and creative application offered online such as Canva.

    • Great communication with great interpersonal skills and able to work in a team with minimal supervision.
    • Collaborative mindset, and ability to work with a wide range of internal partners from across the group.

    • Ability to continue self learning for self-improvement.
