- Manage office operations, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
- Coordinate administrative activities such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing company events.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by resolving administrative issues promptly.
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation, including contracts, policies, and procedures.
- Process payroll and benefits administration accurately and in a timely manner.

- Serve as a point of contact between management, employees, and external stakeholders.
