- Offer EA support to OW Partner through strategic calendar management, scheduling meetings, and communicating with clients and support staff.
- Maintain and update client contacts and activities in the CRM database.
- Efficiently manage all travel arrangements for optimal time utilization.
- Assist in scheduling complex projects as needed.
- Act as the main contact for all Partner administrative needs.
- Handle Partner-related invoices and coordinate with the iProcurement support team.
- Liaise with other support functions to enhance client impact and teamwork.
- Build strong relationships with client assistants to facilitate access to client project teams.
- Demonstrate commitment to the team and provide backup coverage when necessary.
- Lead and manage direct reports to ensure top-notch client service and executive support to all APR Partner and Principal teams.
- Set and achieve performance objectives for individuals and teams, providing coaching and mentoring for career development.
- Collect feedback and conduct performance reviews for direct reports.
- Identify learning gaps and support ongoing training and development for the team.
- Must have a minimum of five years' experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Three to five years' experience in people and team management.
- Experience in financial services, management consultancy, or professional services is a bonus.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is a must.
- Knowledge of CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) is advantageous but not mandatory.

Job overview
Oliver Wyman is looking for an outstanding Executive Assistant Manager to join our Kuala Lumpur team. The EA Manager will oversee a group of Executive Assistants and Team Assistants who deliver remote support to Partners and Principals across the Asia Pacific region.
