    Marsh McLennan is seeking candidates for the following position based in Malaysia:

    Talent Acquisition Manager

    As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a critical role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent to meet the organization's current and future talent needs. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This role requires a hands-on approach, strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices.

    We will count on you to:

    • Provide full life cycle hands on expertise for recruiting experienced/professional hiring needs across lines of business (LOB)
    • Manage and mentor a high functioning team of recruiting professionals to ensure current and future business hiring needs are met in a timely, effective, and cost-efficient professional manner.
    • Implement best practices, processes and metrics that provide a diverse, high quality, top talent pipeline to meet the hiring goals.
    • Review and ensure team alignment to performance and reporting metrics.
    • Be the key point of contact for business and HR requests with an ability to quickly action solutions.
    • Work with your team to help them identify and utilize targeted sourcing strategies and selection tools for the recruiting process to effectively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and maintain reduce search firm utilization.
    • Manage and participate in a range of attraction and/or recruitment focused events such as career fairs, graduate days and industry events to build brand and pipeline.
    • Promote the internal referral program and alumni network initiatives.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and implement innovative sourcing strategies.

    What you need to have:

    • At least 10+years' deep expertise recruiting in a corporate recruiting environment responsible for all aspects of the recruiting process (Sourcing to Offer)
    • Solid and proven experience in managing and mentoring a Talent Acquisition Team and creating a fun and inclusive culture.
    • Excellent client-facing skills and presentation skills. Personal presence, communication skills and credibility necessary to effectively interact with and influence enterprise management.
    • Client service driven with strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Excellent planning, organizational and facilitation skills with keen attention to detail

    What makes you stand out:

    • Talent Acquisition Management Experienced in Banking, Insurance or HR Consulting is preferred.
    • Experience with recruiting tools such as Workday, Phenom People and LinkedIn Recruiter.
