    About The Company

    Having been in operation for close to 35 years, the company began as a contractor and has evolved into a group of companies involved in development and construction. Initially focusing on high-quality pipe jacking, they spearheaded Malaysia's inaugural micro-tunnelling project and have subsequently diversified into constructing electricity substations, extensive underground sewage networks, intricate bridges, and major highways.

    About The Job

    • Coordinating with the project architect and other team members to ensure adherence to design specifications, building codes, and client requirements.
    • Overseeing the development and implementation of architectural plans, including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
    • Collaborating with structural engineers, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) consultants, and other stakeholders to integrate architectural designs with structural and mechanical systems.
    • Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, resolve design issues, and ensure compliance with architectural drawings and specifications.
    • Reviewing shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups to verify conformance to design intent and quality standards.
    • Facilitating communication between project team members, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project schedule and budget.
    • Assisting in the preparation of project presentations, reports, and documentation for client meetings, regulatory approvals, and project milestones.
    • Providing support to the project manager or lead architect in project coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and procurement activities.

    Skills And Experience Required

    • Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the related construction, preferably high-rises.
    • Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.
