    Description
    Responsibilities:
    • Perform business analysis across diverse projects and operational tasks.
    • Capture and evaluate user requirements from internal and external clients and building buy-in for your proposed solution.
    • Vulnerability Assessment and Analysis: Collaborate with cybersecurity, IT teams, application team, and business to review vulnerability assessments and penetration testing result on critical systems and applications and prioritize remediation based on severity and potential impact on the organization.
    • Document vulnerabilities and penetration test findings, technical specifications, and workflows to support vulnerability management initiatives.
    • Work with stakeholders to define vulnerability management policies, processes, and procedures.
    • Collaborate with relevant teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
    • Monitor and track the progress of vulnerability remediation efforts.
    • Proactively identify areas for process improvement within vulnerability management practices.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security processes and response capabilities.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in the Software Development Industry.
    • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role with a focus on vulnerability management.
    • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, including vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and risk management.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret technical data and translate it into business impact.
    • Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Experience collaborating with various team to communicate technical requirements effectively.
    • Excellent at technical and process documentation and ensuring a well-maintained knowledge base.
